Our Mission
The Bear River Region LGBTQ+ Community Coalition is dedicated to improving health equity and holistic well-being for all members of the LGBTQ+ community in northern Utah. Through community education, collaboration, and advocacy, we strive to create a healthier, more inclusive environment where every individual can thrive.
This coalition is facilitated by the USU Transforming Communities Institute and Logan Pride Foundation.
Join Our Community Workshop
March 22nd: 10 AM-1 PM
Please join us for a community planning workshop on LGBTQ+ well-being in northern Utah! The workshop will be held on Saturday, March 22 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carolyn Tanner Irish Pavilion on USU’s Logan campus. Participants are also welcome to join by Zoom.
The purpose of this workshop event is to bring community members and organizational partners together to develop solutions that support LGBTQ+ health and well-being in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties. This workshop is designed for everyone, and no prior experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm! The event is free, and lunch will be provided in person. Seats are limited to 50 participants.

Northern Utah Focus
At the Bear River Region LGBTQ+ Community Coalition, we are dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals and their loved ones in Northern Utah. We aim to foster greater inclusion, health equity, and a stronger sense of community throughout this region.
Our coalition is dedicated to expanding resources in communities across this region. We collaborate with local organizations, advocate for health equity, and build opportunities for connection that reflect the unique needs of our community. From Logan to Brigham City, Garden City to Bear Lake, we are here to ensure that LGBTQ+ individuals and their loved ones feel seen, valued, and supported.

Upcoming Events
We host bimonthly meetings to share updates, collaborate on initiatives, and build connections within our community. These meetings are held in a hybrid format, allowing you to participate in-person or remotely—whatever works best for you.
In addition to our recurring meetings, we also organize periodic, larger events to celebrate, educate, and bring the community together. These events are a great opportunity to meet new people, enjoy special activities, and strengthen the LGBTQ+ presence in Northern Utah.
